In beautiful bountiful Dorset you’ll find the wonderful bakery responsible for making all those deliciously decadent Thomas Fudge’s baked treats. Flapjacks, biscuits and Florentines are all handmade here by expert bakers, using techniques passed down from generation to generation.

In Edinburgh we’re known for our shortbread, which accounts for over a quarter of all the biscuits and snacks we bake here. For over 60 years we’ve worked hard to make sure we keep up with demand and today that means baking around 7.5M biscuits a day and counting.
