This role will be responsible for driving changes in the way that brand quality standards are established, maintained and communicated within the business. This role will challenge and change the cultural mindset of the business by establishing clear roles and responsibilities relating to all key stages that may affect or influence quality standards.
The Brand Quality Manager will project manage all aspects from obtaining consumer relevant quality parameters through to capability studies, implementation of new processes and systems and reporting mechanisms.
To identify consumer relevant quality standards and then to create a strategy which delivers these standards - capturing product design, manufacturing capability and consumer relevant control measures.
To manage quality and consistency standards relating to Dodger and Wagon Wheel branded products.
