Leadership Team

Burton's Biscuit Company is jointly led by Nick Field, CEO, and Simon Browne, Managing Director. Simon’s focus is the day to day operations of the business including Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing and Supply Chain. Nick’s focus is the longer-term strategy of the business, working closely with external stakeholders, whilst also holding day to day responsibility for Finance, HR, IS and Procurement. Simon and Nick took over leadership of the business following the divestment of the Cadbury biscuits license to Mondelez in 2016. New Burton’s was born in late 2016 with a single purpose of 'Baking Great Biscuits', supported by a clear strategy to focus on our iconic British brands, a commitment to baking the best biscuits for our Retail and Co-Manufacturing partners, as well as securing an agreement with Mars to develop, manufacture and sell Mars biscuits.
