As a Purchasing Controller you will support the Supply Chain Manager and will be responsible for the purchasing of all stock requirements to facilitate the timely production schedules. You will control MRP and check data integrity whilst looking to maximise buying benefits to ensure best price and stock control levels. Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions to order materials, goods and supplies. The role carries responsibility for working with purchasing, goods inwards, production and dispatch to ensure necessary functions are carried out correctly, whilst leasing with the Stock Control and Warehouse Supervisor on all Stock and Purchase controls and process’s through effective communication. You need to work effectively and ensure that Food Safety, Integrity, Quality and Legality are maintained within the business.
Rate: £2291.66 per month

Location: Pinesway Business Park, Stalbridge. (You will need access to your own transport in order to get to the bakery, limited access to public transport to bakery location)
