Location: 50% of your time will be spent in our Head Office, St Albans – 5 minutes from St Albans City Station, with the other 50% of your time working from home.

What does your typical day look like?

As an Insight Executive / Insight Analyst you will focus on two key areas: Firstly, you will help the business make better decisions by better understanding our consumers and shoppers, identifying relevant consumer, shopper, retail and food trends and communicating these to the business

 

The key priorities are driving the future ‘More From Core’ agenda, commercialising insight and supporting the crafting of internal & external proposals, and the ‘Launch To Win’ agenda, supporting creation of a 3 year pipeline.

 

You will also be responsible for the production of the monthly category marketing reports and for supporting the Board with further enquiries to support business understanding and presentations.

 

What are the key ingredients needed for the role?

A strong skill set in analysis will be key and you will need be / become competent at using all the data systems required (Nielsen, Kantar etc). While you are not looking for you to have experience in both, you must be fairly competent with at least on of these data systems.

 

Presenting will be a key part of this role, so you must be able to create relevant and insightful storytelling to bring opportunities to life and energise customers and the business behind plans, through using strong communication methods.
