Package: Competitive salary, car allowance, company performance related bonus (paid out the last 4 years), 25 days holiday (plus option to buy an extra 5 days), single private healthcare cover plus many more great benefits.


Location: Role can be homebased, depending on distance based from our Head Office in St Albans. With a view that you’d be able to be onsite in Head Office a number of times a month. However if you live close to St Albans we’d love to see you more often.

About the Opportunity…

You will take the lead on one of our top 4 Mults accounts and oversee a smaller retailer which is managed by a NAM. 


You will work across branded (70%) and private label (30%). Looking after a portfolio worth circa £15 million, you’ll play a key role in driving new opportunities across the sweet & savoury biscuit category, along with gaining new listings through NPD. 


Don’t worry, you won’t have to do all this yourself, as you’ll have great Innovation, R&D, Finance and Category & Insights teams around you.


What are the key ingredients…

You will need to have experience leading on a top 4 mult account and ideally with some direct line management responsibility as you will have 1 direct report (although this is something we are happy to teach and help you develop), 


You will be in charge of a full P&L, you’ll need to have experience of looking after your own numbers including forecasting & promotions.


Ability & experience in driving NPD to leverage new opportunities and gain new listings within stores and be able to interpret key category & insights data is key, as you’ll need to ensure the account is driven in the right direction both internally & externally, to do this you will need to have strong influencing, negotiating and presentation skills.


It is highly desirable to have experience & knowledge of both branded and Private Label.
