Location: St Albans Head Office, 60/40 split between working in the office and home (Although full remote working due to work safely during covid) 5 minute walk from St Albans City Train Station, easily commutable from London and Bedford trainline.  


Hours: Full Time hours, Monday - Friday

What are the key ingredients needed for the role?

You will need to have had strong category experience looking after customers within the supermarket / convenience food retailer channel. In this role you will look after a top 4 mult (previous experience of looking after a top 4 mult is not required). 


This role could suit someone with a couple of years’ experience working as a Category Executive or Category Analyst looking to make a step up, or someone who is already a Category Manager but keen to work with a Top 4 Grocer. 


Strong knowledge and use of Kantar &/or Nielsen will be key. A large part of this role be to create compelling and exciting stories to help drive the correct commercial business decisions.


You will need to have had experience of working on full range reviews, working with both customers and cross functionally with internal teams.  



Final part of the mix.

You’ll have access to lots of data sets, so will need to confident with numbers, great with excel and happy to roll up your sleeves and dive into key data sets to pull out your key insights.
