We have a great opportunity for a bright, passionate and motivated individual to join our Product Management team
Working for the Product Controller, you will be key to managing our Private Label product portfolio, maximising profitability, managing capacity and working closely with our five bakeries to optimise our current business and introduce new product capabilities. You will work closely with sales, marketing and project managers ensuring the effective management of all external and internal stakeholders and be closely aligned with supply chain and procurement to ensure that all change is managed efficiently. You will need to run key projects, creating project plans and facilitate key meetings.
You do not need to have worked in a similar role before to be considered. If you are self-motivated, have a strong commercial acumen and a desire to be part of a winning team the this will be a role you’ll love.
Based in our Head Office in St Albans, but with a requirement to travel around the UK and occasionally abroad, this role will present the right individual with a unique opportunity to develop their career in a successful growing business. We offer a bespoke ‘Being Your Best At Burton’s’ development plan and you will have access to our online training portal, giving you the ability to accelerate your development as you desire.
Location: Office Based, from our fantastic Head Office in St Albans, Hertfordshire (great location to commute by train, only a 5 minute walk from St Albans City Station)
Salary: Competitive Salary plus benefits to include 25 days holiday, company pension, private healthcare, company bonus scheme, free running, yoga and boot camp clubs.
