What does your typical day look like?  

  • To drive the long term strategy for FBC brands.
  • Project Managing the embedding of a SAP4HANA** ERP solution into the NRM and Sales teams and primary point of focus for the wider commercial functions.
  • Working closely with the Trade Marketing team to instill long term planning behaviours through the use of Share Shipment strategic planning.   
  • Working with the demand planning team to prioritise and grow NSV aligned with the strategic plan, informing and recommending capacity investment based on forecast growth and associated ROI. 
  • Supporting the S&OP process


What are the key ingredients needed for the role? 

  • Experience within a commercial environment. Preferably with customer facing experience (Sales Controller, SNAM)
  • Strong financial acumen, with previous P&L responsibility
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly 
  • Experience of SAP/BI
  • Understands category / market data (Nielsen, Kantar, Dunnhumby, Sales Out)
  • High proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint 
  • Confident & credible across all stakeholders in the business
  • Project management skillset in a cross functional team
  • Educated to degree level
