What is the main focus of your role?

This role will support the Finance Manager with the Logistics Contract. You will be involved in a mixture of Reporting, Financial Control & Analysis as well as People Interaction.


What knowledge do you need to have to be successful in this role?

Knowledge and experience of Month end Processes, Profit & Loss, variance analysis, accruals and prepayments is essential.


This will be a great role for someone who is able to translate technical knowledge into practical application, previous finance logistics background is advantageous but is not essential to be successful in this role,


Being able to provide credible support & insight to non-finance/operational areas of the business is a must, so someone who is a strong team player, but also happy to work independently on their own initiative will be key.

You need strong communication skills, an approachable manner – ability to engage with colleagues in a way that gains their buy-in. Be self-motivated – proactive can-do attitude, demonstrating energy, enthusiasm and commitment. The ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines in a fast-paced changing environment.

this role is a hybrid role working 2/3 from the office 

hours of work are 9am-5pm ( 30 min lunch) Monday to Friday
