Within our Burton’s group, we have 6 bakery sites across the UK, located in Blackpool, Livingston, Edinburgh, Dorset, Isle of Arran and Llantarnam, with our head office in St Albans. In total we employ circa 2,100 people around across our locations.

What does your typical day look like?
You will be responsible for project leadership of specific sweet & savoury team initiatives supporting the marketing and category business teams ensuring effective delivery to time , budget , quality and scope.
Other key actions will be but not limited to:
- Under the leadership of the marketing manager , lead the development of the the 3 year vision& strategy brand plan with execution of key brand actvities identified in the brand planning process.
- support development and activation of elements of the brand plan, eg PR, market research, in store activation
- Deliver against agreed P&L KPI's
- Lead the overall tracking and reporting of brand performance
- effective management of business variances
What are the key ingredients needed for the role?
You will need previous experience working within Brand management and a proven record of successful business or marketing project delivery . You will need to have been involved in a 3 yr development plan for a brand/
You will need to be confident working within Kantar and Nielsen
