Serves 2

6 mint Viscount biscuits
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
2 scoops chocolate ice cream
300ml milk

 

Method

1. Unwrap and break the Viscount biscuits into a blender.
2. Add the ice cream and milk and blend until smooth.
3. To serve simply divide between two glasses.
4. Enjoy!
