3) What is a particular career highlight of yours?
Becoming CEO of Burton’s Biscuit Company. What attracted me to Burton’s was the opportunity to make a real impact at one of Britain’s most iconic food companies. Burton’s brands have always maintained a special relationship with consumers, so being able to support their growth and realise their full potential is incredibly rewarding.
4) What is your favourite biscuit moment?
A favourite biscuit moment at our home is eating Jammie Dodgers with my children at the weekend. Being able to sit back and enjoy a treat with the kids is remarkably relaxing after a long week.
